This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nothing is loaded from a third party until you choose to book a call: the booking button then opens a Cal.com dialog on this page. Cal.com is a separate service, applies its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.

- Data processed
- When you book a call: the name, email address and notes you enter on Cal.com, and the slot you choose. When you email us: your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write, such as your role, your organization and details of your method change. When you visit this site: technical connection data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, processed by our hosting provider.
- Purpose
- To hold the call you booked, to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up about your method change. To deliver and secure this site.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Processors
- Cal.com for scheduling. Microsoft Teams for calls. Google Workspace for email. Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting.
- International transfers
- These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in each provider's terms, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention
- Up to three years after our last contact with you.
- Your rights
- You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, and for the restriction of its processing. You can object to the processing and, where it applies, ask for a portable copy.
